On Sunday, April 27, former Wauconda High School standout Lia Taglia’s current college team, the Lake Forest Foresters, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Lawrence Vikings.
The game took place at Whiting Field. This was their second matchup against the Vikings this season.
The Foresters’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29 at 4 p.m. at Mohr Field against North Central Cardinals.
