On Friday, March 6, the UW Whitewater Warhawks, featuring former Carmel Catholic High School player Mia Gillis, earned a 70-65 victory over the Transylvania Pioneers in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The event was held at Williams Center at 8:15 p.m., marking the teams’ first meeting in the tournament.
The Warhawks will play next on Saturday, March 7, at 7:15 p.m. at the Williams Center.
