The Village announced on March 10 that a recent utility bill mailer contained an incorrect phone number for rental license registration. Residents are advised to use the correct contact number, 847-526-9609, when discussing rental registrations or scheduling inspections.

This correction is important for residents and property owners who need to comply with local rental inspection requirements. Accurate communication ensures that all necessary inspections and registrations can be completed without delay.

The Village also provided a resource for additional information about the rental inspection process, directing residents to wauconda-il.gov/ResRentals. Officials apologized for any confusion caused by the error in the original mailer.

Ensuring clear and accurate information helps maintain compliance with local regulations and supports effective communication between the Village and its residents.
