**Article: Village seeks to improve resident communication through direct contact**

The Village has announced a new initiative aimed at enhancing communication with its residents by collecting direct contact information. In an effort to ensure that important neighborhood-specific information reaches everyone, the Village is requesting residents to provide their details.

Residents are asked to include the following in their submission:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Neighborhood/HOA
4. Email
5. Phone Number (optional)

“The Village values full transparency and information to all our residents,” said the announcement. While many updates are posted on the Village’s website and Facebook page, it has been recognized that these platforms do not reach all residents effectively.

By gathering direct contact information, the Village hopes to engage more residents with crucial information pertinent to their neighborhoods. It was also clarified that this communication platform will not be used for promoting events or other community notices.
