During the fourth quarter of 2025, Wadsworth property owners paid property taxes amounting to 5% of their home values, surpassing the national average rate by more than 5.6 times, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data show the median sales price for homes sold in Wadsworth during the fourth quarter of 2025 was $225,000, based on nine transactions. For 2025, the city’s median tax bill stood at $11,235, representing 5% of the median taxed home value.
