Former Glenbrook South High School star Sidney Rogers and her current team, the Washington Bears, secured a 73-68 victory over the Ohio Wesleyan Battling Bishops in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 7.
The contest tipped off at 7:15 p.m. at Branch Rickey Arena and marked the teams’ first meeting in this stage of the tournament.
The Washington Bears are scheduled to play again on Friday, March 13 at 8 p.m. at Kolf Sports Center.
