On Friday, March 6, former Glenbrook South High School standout Sidney Rogers, now playing for the Washington Bears, helped her team earn a 65-53 victory over the Geneseo Knights in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The contest was held at Branch Rickey Arena at 4:45 p.m. and marked the Bears’ first meeting with the Geneseo Knights during the tournament.
The Washington Bears are set for their next game at 7:15 p.m. Saturday, March 7, once again at Branch Rickey Arena.
