At a recent meeting, the Deerfield Appearance Review Commission was expected to continue a preliminary review of Portillo’s, 700 Lake Cook Road, concerning a request for a variance on a wall sign.
The commission also will be updated on ongoing revisions to the Appearance Code concerning lighting, site design and definitions.
