How did Samuel Cunningham spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Samuel Cunningham's election campaign committee, Cunningham Campaign Committee, spent $8,580 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cunningham's committee spent the most on accounting fees in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,468) going to January Accounting Service in Waukegan. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cunningham's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
