Program Year 2020 affordable housing application round funding recommendations
· The Affordable Housing Advisory and Recommendation Committee (ARC) is responsible for making funding recommendations for the Program Year 2020 (PY20) funding round.
· The Affordable Housing ARC met on February 14, 2020 and reviewed initial funding recommendations.
· Subsequently HUD has release final PY20 funding amounts, including City of North Chicago entitlement, which resulted in additional funds available.
· Funding recommendations are re-presented for consideration and approval to the Housing and Community Development Commission (HCDC).
