The petitioner AKL Architectural Services, of 34121 N. US Route 45, Grayslake, IL, 60030, on-behalf-of the property owner Genrikh Gandelsman, of 274 Central Avenue, Highland Park, IL 60035, requests by authority of Section 150.1204(A)(5) of the Highland Park Zoning Code, a variation of provisions of Section 150.707(D)(1), as required under the R5 zoning district, to (i) exceed the maximum allowed 30% coverage limit within a required rear yard by 267 sq. ft. to a proposed rear yard coverage of 942 sq. ft.
