ZBA #000888-2023 - On the petition of Daniel Cullen, record owner, who seeks the following variation from the requirements of the Lake County Code and any other zoning relief as required: 1.) Reduce the side yard setback from 7 feet to 2.22 feet to accommodate an existing addition to a house. The subject property is located at 26136 W Lakeview Ave., Ingleside, Illinois and is approximately 0.23 acres.

ZBA #000895-2023 - On the petition of the Jeffery J. Philips and Lois K. Philips Revocable Declaration of Trust, (Jeffery J. Philips and Lois K.
