Pete Jansons, Lake Forest podcast host, said there had been a string of bad presidents for the Lake Forest Caucus before the current one. Despite offering solutions earlier, including to his former boss, now part of the transparency group, Weiss said he was told to "pipe down."

“Whoever is the vice president, we had a bad run of presidents,” host Jansons told host Weiss on the Lake Forest podcast. “Now we've got a good one. We had a bad run. Sheila Henrietta, who is this mess all started with? When the bylaws were open, they turned into Mike Adams, then Kim, and then David Hunt, but all these people were offered solutions, and the issues were pointed out way before this transparency group.”

“The ironic thing, Joe, is one of the people, Susan Saylor Daley, who’s one of the pillars of this group, was my boss,” Name Jansons. “I offered solutions to make changes, and she told me to pipe down. She was the board chairman. Then she gets to the executive committee, and she quits.”

This full episode is available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

The latest edition of the podcast focused on low voter turnout and local governance.
