Community Relations Commission Awards will be announced during the Deerfield Village Community Relations Commission meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Bernard Forrest Deerfield Village Hall, 850 Waukegan Road.
Following the call to order and review of the Dec. 8, 2015’s meeting minutes, the floor will open for public comment on any non-agenda items.
The Police Department will share a report of its activities, after which the commission will give consideration to special needs socialization support for adults.
Discussion of government service internship(s) will be followed by the anticipated Community Relations Commission Awards.
Participants will provide confirmation of the commission’s next scheduled meeting for Feb. 9 and adjournment will follow.
