The Lincolnshire Architectural Review Board will consider expansion plans for Half Day and Sprague Elementary Schools at 7 p.m. today in the Village Hall public meeting room, 1 Olde Half Day Road.

The first plan calls for a proposed 24,500-square-foot addition and parking lot relocation for Half Day School on Olde Half Day Road.

The board also will consider a plan for a 14,000-square-foot addition to Sprague Elementary School on Riverwoods Road.

The board also will consider a permit request for wall signage by Tri-State International Office Center, at the junction of Route 22 and Interstate Tollway 94.

The board also will review site design, landscape and elevation plans for a 44-unit Lincolnshire Trails townhome on Riverside Road.

As a matter of policy, Architectural Review Board meetings do not proceed past 10:30 p.m. without a motion and majority approval of board members to extend the time by a half hour, to 11 p.m. Any agenda items or other pending business not handled during the regular meeting will be taken up at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
