Tow service and treasurer’s bills were on the table at the village of Grayslake Board of Trustees’ regular meeting 7:00 p.m. Dec. 15, 2015, in the Village Hall Board Room at 10 Seymour Ave.

After Bruce Bassett was authorized as mayor pro-tem for the meeting, the board approved regular meeting minutes from Dec. 1, the treasurer’s report and payment of bills.

The board also created a rotating list of tow service providers and established a reciprocal agreement between the Grayslake and the Illinois Department of Revenue for the exchange of information.

The meeting went into Executive Session to authorize a land purchase agreement for a Railroad Avenue parcel known as the Grayslake Gelatin Company property.

The trustees thanked village staff for their work on the Gelatin Factory property, reminded attendees of the upcoming “Food, Family and Tradition” and open house events at the Grayslake Heritage Center and Museum and expressed holiday greetings.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
