Reports and reviews will headline the village of Mettawa’s Zoning, Planning and Appeals Commission meeting 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Cottonwood room of the Hilton Garden Inn.
In the order of business drafted to consider various agenda items, the meeting’s call to order and roll call will precede approval of minutes from the commission’s regular Jan. 5 meeting, followed by a call of cases.
The seven Zoning, Planning and Appeals officers of Mettawa are Commissioners Denis Bohm, Bob Busscher, Holly Hirsch, Liz Leonard, Mark Meluso, Orren Pickell and Chairman Joe Krusinski. The village attorney as well as engineering personnel are also associated with the commission.
Case No. 15-SU-S-2 involves an application for an amendment to an existing Special Use Permit at 14341 W. Old School Road. A continued public hearing is planned, to be followed by deliberation and recommendation on the application.
A Communications Report will be followed by a review of reports of Commission Committees, Old Business, New Business and adjournment.
