With a dozen in attendance, the Lincolnshire village board gathered for its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Feb. 8 to approve one vehicle purchase and move regular business forward.
The board considered approval of an ordinance to adopt the Lake County Watershed Development Ordinance as it applies to Lincolnshire and Lake County. Additionally, it considered approval of a request to authorize the purchase of a replacement vehicle costing $36,580.
Minutes from the board’s previous meeting on Jan. 25 were approved with one minor wording change.
Village Treasurer and Finance Director Michael Peterson offered a summary of the Feb. 8 bills presented for payment with a grand total of $363,647.98. Of this amount, $228,125 was designated for the general fund, $1,360 for the water and sewer fund, $46,200 for the retirement fund, $2,600 for vehicle maintenance, $24,100 for E911 and $1,300 for the general capital fund.
The board approved the report.
Reports were presented respectively from the Planning, Zoning & Land Use, Finance and Administration, Public Works, Police, Parks and Recreation, and Judiciary and Personnel departments along with reports from special committees.
New and unfinished business was followed by an executive session prior to adjournment.
