The Deerfield Appearance Review Commission further reviewed a variance request by Portillo’s on its south elevation wall sign at its meeting this week.
The commission also further worked on updating the city's Appearance Code concerning lighting, site design and several definitions.
The commission also considered proposed new text for the city's landscape-screening zoning ordinance.
