The Lake County Law and Judicial Committee will consider a joint resolution to accept Tobacco Enforcement Program grant from the state Liquor Control Commission at its next meeting 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Lake County Courthouse and Administrative Complex, 10th floor Assembly Room, 18 N. County St.
This measure includes an emergency appropriation of $7,040.
The committee will consider another joint resolution to execute a Title IV-D intergovernmental agreement between the state Department of Healthcare and Family Services (IDHFS) and the Lake County State’s Attorney to extend the State’s Attorney’s Child Support Enforcement Program, with a maximum reimbursement of $700,000 for staff wages and benefits.
The commission also will consider joint resolutions authorizing contracts with Menconi Terrazzo LLC of Bensenville; Marling Lumber Company of Janesville, Wisconsin; Bernhard Woodworking Ltd. of Northbrook; and RG Construction Services of Elmhurst.
