Dental Fix RX, North America’s only mobile dental equipment repair franchise, recently attained its 250th franchise, this one with a Chicago-based entrepreneur — marking the company’s 18th franchise to start up this year and its third in Illinois.

The one-of-a-kind company’s growth arises from its unique market niche. Having sold 59 franchises in 2015, Dental Fix RX, based in Davie, Florida, is on track to initiate more than 50 new franchisees in 2016 and anticipates saturating the market within three years.

“For the past 30-plus months, we’ve averaged a new unit sold and opened every week and are in a great position to continue growing at a rapid pace due to little competition in the marketplace and the constant need for dental-equipment repair services,” David Lopez, CEO of Dental Fix RX, said. “Our momentum carrying us into 2016 is an indication that our model is built for success.”

Lopez said every new franchise sale moves the company closer to its goal of making Dental Fix RX the continent’s pre-eminent mobile dental-equipment repair company.

The company provides thorough training for franchisees -- along with sales, marketing support and tools -- enabling dental-equipment repairs to be performed on site, anywhere, from a fully-equipped van.

“We understand that the strength of Dental Fix as a company relies upon the performance of our franchise owners,” Lopez said. “We take every measure we can to make it possible for franchisees to achieve success within a compelling industry, and we look forward to continuing our growth and evolving as a company with their help.”

Founded in 2009, Dental Fix RX currently serves more than 17,000 dental customers in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
