A. Motion to approve the Public Works Committee Minutes of July 18, 2016, as presented.

3. OLD BUSINESS

4. NEW BUSINESS

A. Request authorization to award the 2016 C.D.B.G. Sidewalk Program.

B. Request authorization to adopt an ordinance prohibiting the use of groundwater as a potable water supply.

C. Request authorization to reduce the letter of credit for Bridge McGaw Land, LLC.

D. Request authorization to execute a Letter of Intent and Concurrence, Master Agreement County-Owned Traffic Control Devices, Amendment # 1 to Exhibit A.

E. Request authorization to enter into an Agreement between the County of Lake and the City of Waukegan for the Improvement, Maintenance and Jurisdictional Transfer of Lewis Avenue (County Highway 27) from the 14th Street to Belvidere Street.

F. Request authorization to enter into a Master Agreement between the County of Lake and the City of Waukegan for Energy Costs, Maintenance Costs and Future Costs Associated with City-Owned Traffic Control Devices.

G. Request authorization for Change Order #1 for Butrick Street storm sewer project.

H. Request authorization to participate in the County Auction.

I. Request authorization to award the 2016 Valve Insertion Project.
