Bristow, as Trustees under the provisions of a Trust Agreement dated September 9,
2015 and known as the Bristow Family Trust, record owners of subject property located
at 15418 W. Fair Lane, Libertyville, Illinois, approximately 0.51 acres (PIN
11-10-401-009), seek the following variation from the requirements of the Lake County
Code and any other zoning relief as required:
1. Reduce the street yard setback from 30 feet to 15 feet for an expansion of a
single-family dwelling.
