A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Franklin County Republican Central Committee was the only campaign committee in Benton that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The fine that Franklin County Republican Central Committee has yet to pay was imposed on Dec. 20, 2016, for a late A-1 report.
