Warren Township Board met September 25.

Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Trustee Radke
Pledge of Allegiance:
Trustee Radke led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call:
Present: Bill Gill, Trustee, Mike Semmerling, Trustee, Donna Radke, Trustee and Ken Echtenacher, Trustee.
Absent: Suzanne Simpson, Supervisor
Motion to Approve the Agenda.
Trustee Gill motioned. Seconded by Trustee Echtenacher to approve the agenda. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.
Board Minutes of September 11, 2017.
Trustee Semmerling motioned, Seconded by Trustee Gill to approve the regular minutes. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.
Public Comment.

Supervisors Report.
Trustee Radke shared "Thank You" letter from a Township resident to Supervisor Simpson and the Warren Township Center staff for burial assistance for her son. She especially appreciated the comforting words and support during this difficult time.
Of special note was a letter of thanks from a 15 year employee who was recognized for his performance with a luncheon and gift.
Treasurers Report.
Trustee Echtenacher motioned, seconded by Trustee Semmerling to approve the Treasurers Report as presented. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.
New Business.
a.Pay Bills.
Trustee Radke motioned, Seconded by Trustee Semmerling to approve the bills as presented including two additional bills from consultant David Spriegel, S47.99 & $29.67 (S77.66). The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.
b. Levy Report.
Business Manager Sarver presented the 2017 Township Levy for inspection and answered several questions. Highway Commissioner Sarver presented the 2017 Road District for similar inspection. The final Levy presentation will be at the next Board meeting October 9th.

Adjournment:
There being no further business, Trustee Gill motioned, seconded by Trustee Echtenacher to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 pm. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote. Next scheduled meeting is Monday, October 9, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Township Center.
