1. Public Hearing: Variances – 31727 N US Highway 12
The Commission will consider an application for variances to reduce the required lot area, lot width, street yard, side yard, rear yard, and minimum green area for the property at 31727 N US Hwy 12. The applicant is Munson Properties II, LLC, 31695 N US Hwy 12, owner of the property.
The variances are required for a proposed 1,200 square foot addition to the existing building and would bring existing non-conformities on the property into compliance.
2. Public Hearing: Text Amendment & Special Use – 27146 Volo Village Road
The Commission will consider an application for a text amendment and special use to authorize boat and boat trailer storage at 27146 Volo Village Road. The applicant is Munson Properties II, LLC, 31695 N US Highway 12, contract purchaser of the property.
The text amendment would authorize boat and boat trailer storage as a special use in the B3 District, subject to various performance standards.
