City of Waukegan Labor Relations Committee met December 4.

     D. Motion to approve the minutes of the regular Labor Relations Committee meeting held on November 6, 2017.

2. New Business

     A. Motion to approve a request, as required in the Travel Policy, for respective staff within the Finance, Police, Public Works and Fire department to attend the Time Clock Plus Training Conference from March 25th through March 27, 2018. Funds for this travel request will come from line item# 100 103624429 (Finance) 100 607724429 (Police) 100 911025468 (Public Works) and 215 321524431 (Fire).

     B. Motion to approve a request, as required in the Travel Policy, for the Mayor to attend the US Conference of Mayors 86th Winter Meeting from January 24th through January 28, 2018. Funds for this travel request will come from line item# 100 103024429.

     A. Proposed language for an ordinance to modify the structure, rules, and makeup of the Civil Service Commission.
