3. Proclamation: Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention Month
The Village Board will consider proclaiming the month of December as Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention Month in the Village of Volo.

E. Ordinance No. O-17-30: Abatement Ordinance (SSA #14)
The Village Board will consider approving the annual tax levy ordinance and abatement ordinances for the Village’s special service areas. Per the Board’s direction, the property tax levy is $1,386,250. The abatement ordinances reduce the special taxes levied for each special service area to the amount needed to make principal and interest payments on the bonds and pay administrative costs.
5. Ordinance No. O-17-31: Establishing Special Service Area Number 18 in the Village of Volo for Maintenance (Remington Pointe North)
The Village Board will consider approving Ordinance No. O-17-31, establishing Special Service Area Number Eighteen for maintenance of common areas and open space in Remington Pointe North. The SSA will remain inactive unless the homeowners association fails to meet its maintenance obligations for these areas.
6. Resolution R-17-232: Approving Extension of the Construction Period Set Forth in the Economic Incentive Agreement Between the Village of Volo and Speedway LLC
The Village Board will consider approving Resolution No. R-17-232, approving a 1-year extension of the construction period set forth in the Economic Incentive Agreement between the Village of Volo and Speedway LLC.
7. Resolution R-17-233: Urging the Governor to Veto Senate Bill 1451
The Village Board will consider approving Resolution No. R-17-233, urging the Governor to veto Senate Bill 1451, which would limit municipal authority to regulate, site, or charge permit fees for wireless facilities.
8. Resolution R-17-234: Illinois Bicentennial Celebration
The Village Board will approving Resolution No. R-17-234, endorsing the efforts of Illinois Bicentennial.
