Warren Township Board met January 9.

Here is the agenda provided by the Board:

Cal to Order:

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Supervisor Simpson.

Pledge of Allegiance:

Supervisor Simpson led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call:

Present: Suzanne Simpson, Supervisor; Bill Gill, Trustee; Mike Semmerling, Trustee; Donna Radke,

Trustee; and Ken Echtenacher, Trustee,

Motion to Approve the Agenda Trustee Radke motioned, seconded by Supervisor Simpson to change the order of the agenda putting Health Insurance Approval (10.D) the first item. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.

Motion to Approve the Agenda:

Trustee Echtenacher motioned, seconded by Trustee Semmerling approve the agenda. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.

Board Minutes of December 27, 2016:

Trustee Radke motioned, seconded by Trustee Gill to approve the board minutes of December 27, 2016.

The motion was approved unanimously by a roll call vote.

Public Comment None

Unfinished Business. None

Supervisor's Report.

A. Supervisor Simpson commented on "Thank You' notes received complementing ongoing activities for township residents.

B. The Township will provide a bus to assist the Gurnee Park District with the upcoming Frosty Fest at Bittersweet Golf Course on January 14, 2017.

Treasurer's Report:

Trustee Radke motioned, seconded by Trustee Semmerling to approve the Treasurer's Reportas presented. The motion was approved unanimously by roll call vote

New Business:

A. Pay Bills. Trustee Echtenacher, motioned, seconded by Trustee Semmerling to pay the bills as presented. The motion was approved unanimously by roll call vote.

B. Property Disposal. Trustee Semmerling motioned, seconded by Trustee Echtenacher to dispose of personal property in the near future. The motion was approved unanimously by roll call vote.

Adjournment:

There being no further business, Trustee Gill motioned, seconded by Trustee Semmerling to adjourn the meeting at 6:06 pm. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote. Next scheduled meeting is Monday, January 23, 2017 at 6 p.m.
