1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of April 18, 2017
2. Discussion: Acceptance of Private Streets – Terra Springs
The Committee will consider a request from the Terra Springs Homeowners Association to dedicate private streets in the subdivision to the Village. Grandview Court, Harvest Court, Oak Knoll Court, Terra Firma Lane, Terra Meadow Circle, and Terra Vista Court are currently maintained by the homeowners association. If accepted, the Village would assume responsibility for these streets, which are the only private residential streets in the Village.
3. Discussion: Fire Sprinkler Waiver Request – 31727 N. US Highway 12 (Munson Properties II LLC)
The Committee will consider a request from Munson Properties II LLC for a waiver from the fire sprinkler requirements in Section 10.1A.3 of the Village Code in connection with their proposed addition at 31727 N. US Highway 12.
