A. Motion to authorize the proper City Officials to execute a Custodial Water Main Agreement between the City of Waukegan and the Waukegan Park District for the property commonly known as Clearview Park.
B. Motion to authorize the proper City Officials to approve purchasing authority in excess of $20,000.00 with Goodman Electric Supply by granting a Good Faith Waiver per Sec. 2-458(i)(7). The City's year-to-date total is $23,892.17 and it is estimated that an approximate amount of $32,000.00 may be spent with this vendor. Funds are currently charged to line item 100 911025468.
C. Motion to authorize the proper City Officials to approve purchasing authority in excess of $20,000.00 with Mid-Town Petroleum by granting a Good Faith Waiver per Sec. 2-458(i)(7). The City's year-to-date total is $19,979.93 and it is estimated that an approximate amount of $26,000.00 may be spent with this vendor. Funds are currently charged to line item 100 910525474.
D. Motion to authorize the proper City Officials to approve purchasing authority in excess of $20,000.00 with Hach Chemical by granting a Good Faith Waiver per Sec. 2-458(i)(7). This was previously approved at Council on November 20, 2017 for an amount of $$22,570.67. It is estimated that an approximate amount of $32,060.60 will be spent with this vendor by the end of fiscal year 2017/2018. Funds are currently charged to line item 555 915525464.
E. Motion to authorize the proper City Officials to purchase for the Water Department a 2018 Ford F-550 XL 4x4 Chassis Cab through the Suburban Purchasing COOP Contract, for an amount not to exceed $92,118.00. Funds for this purchase will be charged to line item 555 916026494.
F. Motion to authorize the proper City Officials to execute a Resolution adopting the 2017 Lake County ANHMP. This adoption will place the 2017 Lake County All Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan as an official plan of the City of Waukegan.
G. Motion to authorize the proper City Officials to award the bid for the 2018 Water Plant High Service Pump Refurbishment to Illinois Pump of Rolling Meadows, IL for an amount not to exceed $44,786.00. Funds for this contract will be charged to line item 555 916027018.
