The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Volo was called to order at 7:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Volo Village Hall, Trustee Michael Wagner presiding.
Roll Call: Trustees Wagner, Johnson, Heuser, Buttita, Northam – present; Trustee Porter – absent. Village Clerk Rydberg – present. Mayor Henley – absent.
Also present were various staff members.
Public Comment – Agenda Items: None.
Approval Of Minutes: Regular Meeting Of February 6, 2018
Approval Of Minutes: Special Meeting Of January 6, 2018
Approval Of Minutes: Special Meeting Of February 3, 2018
Trustee Heuser made a motion, seconded by Trustee Buttita, to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 6, 2018, the Special Meeting of January 6, 2018, and the Special Meeting of February 3, 2018. On voice vote – all “aye”. Motion Carried.
Approval: Accounts Payable – February 20, 2018
Trustee Johnson made a motion, seconded by Trustee Northam, to authorize payment of the bills as listed in the Treasurer’s Report for February 20, 2018. Roll Call: Trustees Wagner, Johnson, Heuser, Buttita, Northam – all “aye”. MOTION CARRIED.
Acceptance Of Bids / Authorization To Execute: Median Landscaping
Trustee Buttita made a motion, seconded by Trustee Northam, to accept the bids and authorize execution of a contract with Landscapes by Gary Weiss for median landscaping on Fish Lake Road and Molidor Road. Roll Call: Trustees Johnson, Heuser, Buttita, Northam, Wagner – all “aye”.
Motion Carried.

Trustee Reports: Trustees Buttita and Johnson commented on the sled hill, noting its popularity following the recent snow events.
Mayor’s Report: None.

There being no further business, Trustee Johnson made a motion, seconded by Trustee Buttita, to adjourn the meeting. On voice vote – all “aye”. Motion Carried.
