     A. Motion to adopt Ordinance #2018-O-49, an ordinance amending the Civil Service Commission of the                    City of Waukegan to promote transparency, inclusiveness and diversity.

6. Insurance Committee

     A. Motion authorizing the proper City Officials to settle Police Department Workers Compensation Claims                 C645-13-00881-01 for a total of $144,322.00.

     B. Motion authorizing the proper City Officials to settle Police Department Workers Compensation Claims               C645-16-10230-01 for a total of $13,933.07.

     A. Motion to authorize the proper City Officials to approve an ordinance for a handicapped parking space                  at 1205 Chestnut Street.

     B. Motion to authorize the proper city officials to pay the 2018/2019 Northeastern Illinois Regional Crime                  Lab membership assessment fee of $121,759.00. This payment will be made from line item 100                             608524436.

     C. Motion authorizing the Mayor and appropriate City Officials to enter into an Intergovernmental                               Agreement (IGA) between the City of Waukegan and the Waukegan Park District for the installation                         and ongoing maintenance of Outdoor Warning and Civil Defense Sirens to be located in Bowen                               Park and Dugdale Park.
