Village of Gurnee issued the following announcement on June 17.
The Illinois Department of Transportation has noticed that access to Waveland Avenue and Magnolia Avenue will be closed north of Grand Avenue beginning Wednesday, June 20th and continuing for a period of 7-10 days for laying the base layer of the roadway.
Businesses on Waveland and Magnolia are still open during this construction period and are accessible from the north.
