Village of Warren Board met June 11.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

Call to Order:

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Supervisor Simpson.

Pledge of Allegiance:

Supervisor Simpson led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call:

Present: Suzanne Simpson, Supervisor; Bill Gill, Trustee, Mike Semmerling, Trustee; Donna Radke, Trustee; and Ken Echtenacher, Trustee.

Motion to Approve the Agenda.

Trustee Radke motioned. Seconded by Trustee Gill to approve the agenda. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.

Board Minutes of May 29, 2018.

Trustee Gill motioned, seconded by Trustee Semmerling to approve the Minutes of May 29. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.

Public Comment.

Assessor Mullin informed everyone that the Assessor's Office will be conducting help sessions at the CLC next week. Highway Commissioner Sarver announced a July 23 Public Hearing regarding annex of roads in Wildwood. Also, the Highway Department wall construction is under way.

Unfinished Business.

None

Supervisor's Report.

Supervisor Simpson commented on Thank You & Letters of Appreciation received by the Township. Also received a Thank You note from Woodland Schools District 50 for providing overflow parking for recent school promotion ceremonies.

Treasurer's Report. Trustee Radke motioned, seconded by Trustee Echtenacher to approve the Treasurer's Report as presented. The motion was approved unanimously by roll call vote.

New Business:

Pay Bills. Gill motioned, seconded by Trustee Semmerling to pay the bills as presented plus additional bills from Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (discussed previous week) for $1770.00. Also added a request for $970 (Baseball Registrations). The motion was approved unanimously by roll call vote.

Park Bans.

None

Adjournment:

There being no further business, Trustee Gill motioned, seconded by Trustee Echtenacher to adjourn the meeting at 6:26 pm. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote. Next scheduled meeting is Monday, June 25, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
