          7.2 Consideration of an Ordinance Authorizing a Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement Between the City of Highwood and 440 G.B.R., L.L.C. for the Development of City Owned Land at 438-440 Green Bay Road and Comprising a Part of the Downtown TIF Redevelopment Project Area of the City of Highwood, Lake County, Illinois.

          7.3 Consideration an Ordinance Granting a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development and Approving a Preliminary Plat for a Planned Unit Development at 246 Green Bay Road.

          7.4 A Motion Authorizing the City Manager to Sign a Settlement Agreement with Various Parties Related to the Need for a Special Use Permit for the Property at 401 Sheridan Road Upon City Attorney Review.

          7.5 A Motion Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Proposal with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. to Complete Professional Engineering Services for Phase 1 and Phase 2 Design Engineering for the Bank Lane Reconstruction Project in an Amount not to Exceed $64,400.
