CITY OF LAKE FOREST: Community Opportunity to Provide Input on New City Manager Profile

Retirement happy 1000x667

City of Lake Forest recently issued the following announcement.

City Manager Robert R. Kiely, Jr. announced his plan for retirement on July 2, 2018, after 28 years of service to The City of Lake Forest.

The City Council has engaged the professional recruitment firm of GovHR USA to assist in finding his replacement.

A key component in the search process is developing the profile of traits in a new City Manager.  It is important to receive input from residents as the profile is developed.

You are invited to participate in the process by responding to the following questions:

1. What qualities and characteristics would you like to see in the next City Manager for Lake Forest?

2. What future challenges and opportunities do you see facing The City of Lake Forest?

3. What would you like to tell potential candidates about living in Lake Forest?

Please send your responses via email to lakeforest@govhrusa.com before August 20, 2018 in order to have them considered.

Thank you for your time.
