City of Highwood issued the following announcement on Oct. 11.
The Everts Park Master Plan will serve the City as the vision, resource allocation, and action plan to meet the identified needs and desires of the community.
The Plan will rely heavily on illustrations, examples, and of course landscape and site plans.
