Tom Weber of the Republican party has been declared the winner in the House District 64 race against Democratic candidate Trisha Zubert.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Weber had 58 percent of the vote with a total of 22,276 votes.
Zubert received 42 percent of the vote with a total of 16,294 votes.
