Trisha Zubert led Republican Tom Weber in votes cast in Lake Villa Township Precinct 166 for the District 64 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Zubert appeared to outpace Weber by a margin of 100 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.

In comparison, the 2014 winner, Democrat Joel Mains, won by a margin of 33.3 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Republican Barbara Wheeler, who received 1 votes to Mains' 2.
