Q2 real estate sales report: North Barrington

Median prices declined in North Barrington over last year, and are down 24.7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 10 homes sold in North Barrington for a median price of $520,000. That's 4.7 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
