Q2 real estate sales report: Deerfield

Median prices declined in Deerfield over last year, and are up 2.9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 149 homes sold in Deerfield for a median price of $440,000. That's 7 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
