How did Samuel Cunningham spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Samuel Cunningham's election campaign committee, Cunningham Campaign Committee, spent $2,984 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cunningham's committee spent the most on donations in the quarter, with 46.6% of this total ($375) going to Community Action Partnership of Lake County in Waukegan. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cunningham's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
