Democratic Wayne Motley's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Wayne Motley, spent $6,086 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Motley's committee spent the most on marketing in the quarter, with 74% of this total ($2,366) going to Creative Word and Image Inc. in Atlanta. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Motley's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
