mayor candidate Wayne Motley returns $470.62 contribution from Jorge Torres

The campaign committee of mayor candidate Wayne Motley, Committee to Elect Wayne Motley, returned a $470.62 contribution from Jorge Torres on Jan. 14, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Torres has not made any other contributions to Wayne Motley in the past 12 months.
