Ingleside Shore home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Ingleside Shore fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,500 - a 12.2% decrease over the $122,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Ingleside Shore in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Ingleside Shore for 2017 was $4,103.98. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,229.70. This marks an decrease of 3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.8%.
