Lincolnshire home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Lincolnshire fell by $109,200 while total sales increased by 53.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,500 - a 21.3% decrease over the $511,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Lincolnshire in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Lincolnshire for 2017 was $13,527.93. In 2016, the median sales tax was $13,006.90. This marks an increase of 4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.4%.
