Ingleside Shore home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Ingleside Shore fell by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 8.1% decrease over the $190,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Ingleside Shore in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Ingleside Shore for 2017 was $4,103.98. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,229.70. This marks an decrease of 3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
