Lotus Woods home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Lotus Woods rose by $41,856 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 72% increase over the $58,145 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lotus Woods in 2016.
