I. Call to Order
The special meeting of the Board of Education was called to order at 6:32 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Lotus Elementary School.

Members absent: Mrs. Kelley
Administration present: Mrs. Friziellie, Mrs. Taylor
Others in Attendance: Tim McGrath, Brandee Hobson, Dan Hobson
IV. Approval of the Agenda
A motion was made by Mr. Martin seconded by Mr. Smith Sr., to approve the Agenda. Motion Carried.

V. Facilities Study Prioritization with Tim McGrath of Wold Architects and Engineers
A Facilities Study Prioritization discussion was lead by Mrs. Frizielle. Tim McGrath was in attendance to answer architectural and engineering questions.

A motion was made by Mr. Martin, seconded by Mrs. Bochniak to Adjourn at 8:00 p.m.
